 2.5 lbs of lean ground turkey

 1 tbsp onion powder

 1.5 tbsp garlic powder

 1 tsp salt (adjust to your preference – remember, Parmesan adds salt!)

 1 tsp pepper

 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs

 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
