As I get older and get more series about having kids, I feel like I’m leaving all too often that fertility is a lot more complicated that previously thought. I wish conversations with women about their fertility and testing was more standard a lot earlier.

Although, I don’t deal with POI, I’m very excited to learn about recipes that are good for my hormones and body as a woman in her early/mid 30s.

I totally agree! In our 20’s we’re told we have all the time in the world, but the reality is that isn’t the case for everyone!
